Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Groundskeeper to join our team at our beautiful at our beautiful Authentix Quincy Street residential apartment community in Holland Charter Township, MI.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will maintain the appearance of apartment communities and ensure new homes are ready for resident move-in by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
