MULTIMEDIA JOURNALIST - WSAZ (Huntington)

WSAZ is looking for a reporter to join its award-winning news team. The candidate must be a newsroom leader and an excellent communicator. WSAZ needs a person with a passion for learning about our community and our audience. Our audience embraces our talent because we show them that we care. This person will lead by example, representing WSAZ in the community and modeling a professional approach to the rest of the staff in areas ranging from uncovering stories to mentoring team members in a positive and constructive way. In addition, we need a person who can establish sources and be very active on the station’s digital platforms. This role will include covering news in the field by shooting, writing, and editing stories.
