Director of University Student Center

The Director of the East Stroudsburg University Student Center is responsible for providing visionary leadership and management of the ESU state-of-the-art University Center. The four-story, 109,233 square-foot building is currently under construction and will open in January 2026. The Director is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the University Center with the goal of creating an inclusive and vibrant environment while delivering exceptional customer service related to building operations, student engagement, event planning and internal and external event coordination. The Center will be home to student support departments and services, bookstore, theatre, food court, art gallery, ballroom, event and conference spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges. To be successful in this position, candidates should have demonstrated experience in building operations, personnel supervision, and fiscal management.
