GameZone Attendant

HeadPinz Naples is looking for GameZone Attendants to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and delivering great guest experiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with game cards, ticket redemption, and navigating the GameZone
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the GameZone and prize counter
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on arcade games
• Provide friendly and attentive guest service
• Explain promotions, game packages, and special offers

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills are a plus but not required
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
