Your job is to connect with these members, guide them through their options, and help them choose the programs that best fit their families’ needs.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm appointment times

  • Meet with members via phone or virtual sessions

  • Clearly explain benefit programs in easy-to-understand language

  • Assist clients with digital forms and applications

  • Keep accurate records and provide follow-up communication as needed


Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Professional work ethic and reliability

  • Effective time-management skills
