- Paid Dealer School is designed to teach/train aspiring table games dealers.- Dealers are responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.- Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify count with closing list, inspect cards or dice and sign off with supervisor.- Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules.- Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards.- Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel.- Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with game rules and minimums set.- Close game; sort cards, balance...
