We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Project Manager, Real Estate & Facilities to join our team in [Location]. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Director and Sr. Director of Real Estate and Facilities through project execution, facilities management, operational scaling initiatives, and construction oversight across the Brink’s U.S. portfolio. As part of the Real Estate & Facilities team, you will help drive operational efficiency, support growth initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategic Execution
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation for facilities, construction, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business priorities.
• Support design and construction management activities for new facilities, renovations, and operational expansion projects.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, operational challenges, and resource constraints.

Fleet Maintenance & Operational Support
• Support and lead ongoing fleet maintenance projects for the Brink’s U.S. and Canada portfolios. Utilize Change Leader model to align stakeholders and sustain performance parameters

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure facilities operate efficiently and meet company standards.
• Assist with scaling business operations during periods of growth and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and facilities-related standards and requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, HR, facilities, finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and project success.
• Foster strong collaboration, communication, and transparency across project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, assign responsibilities, and support teams in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership teams and stakeholders.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
• Track project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and operational performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that support long-term business growth and operational readiness.
• Continuously evaluate tools, workflows, and best practices to improve project delivery and facilities operations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, facilities management, construction management, or operational support roles.
• Proven experience leading projects in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and operational scaling practices.
• Experience supporting facilities operations, office services, or construction initiatives.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
