Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and mission driven Development and Events Manager to support fundraising, donor engagement, community partnerships, and special event strategy for the Medical Center and Foundation initiatives.

This role is responsible for in the planning and executing fundraising events, cultivating donor relationships, supporting philanthropic campaigns, and advancing community engagement efforts that strengthen awareness and support for the Medical Center’s mission. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, relationship oriented, and passionate about healthcare and community impact.
