Position Summary
Join our team as a PM Bistro Bartender / Food & Beverage Associate! In this role, you'll provide exceptional guest service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee beverages, and grab-and-go items in our evening Bistro.
This position is part of a two-person team, requiring flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the operation. If you enjoy hospitality, working independently, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional service to hotel guests.
- Prepare and serve food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the Bistro, bar, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning throughout the shift.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown.
- Work closely with your teammate to ensure smooth evening operations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, café, or food & beverage experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
- TIPS Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days; company provided).
- Food Handler Certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
