Packing Supervisor - Singapore

Role Overview The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations, ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This role manages a team of packaging staff, maintains productivity targets, and ensures compliance with workplace safety and company policies. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet production and shipment schedules. Lead, train, and monitor packaging staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures. Ensure products are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and meet quality standards. Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed. Implement and maintain efficient packaging processes to improve productivity. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any packaging or labelling issues. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Prepare reports on packaging output, performance, and operational issues. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in a packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking. Must have valid and permanent work rights in Singapore (e.g., Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident).
