Job Description
The Creator Strategy team will be responsible for content strategy localization, social media, and campaign management. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creator incubation and growth strategy, formulating and collaborating with the operations team to optimize the creator strategy based on the overall creator content ecosystem, traffic mechanism, and product features
- Explore the matchmaking process between seller and creator, identify painpoints and opportunities to improve efficiency, collaborate with product, merchant, and creator operation teams to promote the implementation of innovative product and operation solutions.
- Support key initiatives, including but not limited to livestream quality project, etc
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of working experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Product Strategy or User Growth is highly preferred
- Expert in Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deeply believe in the value of integrating strategy with data; passionate about uncovering the business essence behind data; excellent communication skills with a proactive "owner" mindset.
- Exceptional business modeling and quantitative analysis skills; candidates with a background in top-tier consultancy firms (heavy on modeling) or in-house business analysis roles are preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or internal BI dashboards) is a significant plus.
