Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Warrior Team! If you are passionate about resident care and looking for premium weekend pay in a supportive environment, we would love to have you on our team.
Shift:
🕖 Weekend Warrior — 7AM to 7PM

Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Communicate with healthcare team members and families
- Ensure compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio LPN License
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
