General Description
Support the Payroll Department with day-to-day employee inquires and participate in initiatives and assigned projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business areas & centralized units in payroll processes.
- Identify, analyze, and correct employee time management issues related to attendance and absences.
- Participate in employee workshops & talks to provide guidance related to payroll and time management issues.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance.
Experience
One (1) year of experience in Human Resources areas such as: Payroll, preferable or one (1) year of experience or knowledge in accounting/finance processes.
Other Qualifications
- Proficient in math.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills, customer service, negotiation to reach agreements and collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be flexible to changes.
- Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office 365 Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
- Knowledge in the use of SAP/ERP, preferable.
