GENERAL SUMMARY

Carries out duties and responsibilities of maintaining the operations and customer service of the Fitness Center. Adherence to the company’s mission and core values is expected and is critical to the success of the Fitness department.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • General supervision of the Fitness Center and Recovery room.
  • Assuring the fitness and recovery areas are safe including enforcing club policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the highest quality of customer service.
  • Assures cleanliness and organization of the fitness and recovery areas, including routine housekeeping.
  • Adheres to scheduled responsibilities including attending mandatory department meetings.
  • Instructs members in proper and safe use of equipment.
  • Monitors music and TV stations and adjusts as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
    • Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate.
    Active participation in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings.

Flexibility in work schedule, as job may require day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
