We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our NEW MECCA Bowral store in NSW on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
