What are we looking for?
Support the planning and execution of agency campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth, agent productivity, and field performance, ensuring strong follow-up and disciplined execution across the agency structure.
What are we expecting from this role?
Plan and execute agency campaigns aligned with business targets
Translate campaign design into clear actions for BDMs, leaders, and agents
Ensure smooth rollout, communication, and tracking across regions
Monitor campaign performance closely and take timely actions to close gaps
Support end-to-end delivery of agency initiatives (recruitment drives, productivity programs, performance improvement plans)
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timelines are met
Coordinate with BDMs, training, operations, and performance teams
Ensure clear ownership and accountability in execution
Track daily and weekly sales and campaign performance
Prepare simple and clear updates highlighting progress, gaps, and actions needed
Support performance review meetings with relevant data and insights
Stay close to agency field to understand agent behavior, challenges, and needs
Ensure campaigns are practical and aligned with how agents and leaders operate
Collect feedback from field and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Work closely with BDMs to ensure consistent execution across teams
Follow up regularly to ensure actions are completed
Support BDMs in driving discipline and performance within their teams
Maintain clear tracking of campaign activities and results
Ensure adherence to campaign rules, SOPs, and company policies
Escalate issues early and ensure proper documentation
Who are we looking for?
2 to 3 years of experience in Project Management and Performance Management fields.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of life insurance operations (underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution)
Timely and effective delivery of projects aligned with life insurance business objectives.
Accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs to support management decision-making.
Excellent written and spoken English.
