We're seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at Crescent Centre, a 209-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. Whether you bring leasing experience or a strong background in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service, we'll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll play a vital role in driving occupancy and creating an exceptional experience for every prospect and resident. You'll:
Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours that showcase our community.
Build relationships through prompt follow-up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete.
Support move-ins, renewals, and resident communications while delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain prospect and resident information using property management systems.
Partner with your onsite team to achieve leasing goals and create a positive community experience.
Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Incentives:
Excellent Base Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
20% Apartment Rent Discount
$100 Leasing Commission for every new lease
Property Staff Shared Renewal Bonus – $100 per renewal shared among the onsite team
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
Employee Referral Program – Earn up to $750 per referral

Hours & Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (as scheduled)
Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
An outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for building relationships.
Confidence engaging prospects, following up on leads, and asking for the lease.
Strong attention to detail with applications, documentation, and resident communication.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Experience with or willingness to learn property management and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel between properties.
