CC.Talent is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our outsourcing services through high-volume, outbound calls to businesses. Using an autodialer system to streamline calls, your focus will be on building interest, engaging in conversations that generate leads, and supporting our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Conducting high-volume cold calls to B2B contacts across Europe, APAC, and the US using an auto-dialer system.
Pitching & Qualifying: Effectively communicating the value of the company's outsourcing services to build rapport and generate interest.
Pipeline Management: Qualifying leads, scheduling follow-up appointments, and meticulously logging all interactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance KPIs.
