Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies;
- Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
- To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB;
- Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
- Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
- Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
- Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holders in any discipline.
- SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Must be willing to work on shift hours.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
