Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies;
  • Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
  • To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB; 
  • Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
  • Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints; 
  • Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
  • Manage offsite BDC whenever required. 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holders in any discipline.
  • SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Must be willing to work on shift hours.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
