Position Options: Plans Permits Specialist Requirements: Associate’s Degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience). Hiring Range: $25.79 - $30.08 per hour (Market Range: $25.79 - $34.37 per hour) Plans Permits Technician Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in the construction industry or customer service (or equivalent education and experience). Hiring Range: $25.07 - $28.13 per hour (Market Range: $25.07 - $31.18 per hour)
