Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting for Trico Residential’s single-family division, including recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and completing monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations. This role maintains year‑end working papers, assists with audits, supports policy and procedure documentation, and stays current on regulatory changes. The position requires strong attention to detail, timely processing of transactions, accurate supporting documentation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to various ad‑hoc projects as needed.
