Internship – Compliance Team of Allianz Central Europe (m/f/d)

📍 Vienna | Part-time (30h/week)

Your role

As an Intern in the Regional Compliance team, you support the team in ensuring that Allianz Holding eins operates in line with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in compliance processes across the Central Europe region.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance team in monitoring regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations
  • Contribute to compliance risk assessments and controls
  • Support policy implementation and internal governance processes
  • Help organise and document meetings, trainings, and compliance initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing compliance projects
  • Implementation of group-wide compliance policies, procedures, reporting

What you bring:

  • University enrolment (Bachelor/Master) preferably in area of Law
  • Strong interest in compliance, legal, or regulatory topics
  • Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, strong team player
  • Ability to work independently after being provided initial guidance
  • Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence
  • MS Office skills
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT

Job information:

Start date: asap | Working hours: 30 hours per week | Location: ICON Towers - directly at Vienna Central Station, 1100 Vienna |

Monthly gross salary: 3.100 €/month on the full-time basis. The duration of the internship can be prolonged in case of mutual interest.
