Essential Responsibilities:
• Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
• Support shop Operations related work
• Involve in all kinds of operation projects.
•Support shop-related employee communications and hold communications meetings.
• Other operation support
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work.
· Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
· Good English in both verbal and written.
· Good command of PC skills.
