Job Description
- Shape the industry approach across North America through the development and execution of a range of customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs (digital/in-person events, campaigns, executive engagement initiatives), leveraging both direct and partner channels.
- Partner with global go-to-market teams, sales, customer engineering, industry solutions leadership, and global event marketing, providing data-driven insights on pipeline coverage, delivering regular marketing updates, and advocating for business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute annual/bi-annual rolling marketing plans for new and prospective customers across segments and subregions. Scale best practices to other regions for global activation.
- Analyze marketing program and campaign performance, identifying trends, issues, gaps, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making and action plans.
- Guide and develop a team of marketers, building a culture of understanding and respect while delivering business impact.
