About the Role

Mynt is currently looking for a customer success associate to join our growing team. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a strong relationship-builder. We are a small team, and you would work closely with our other team members as well as interact directly with our customers. We are constantly growing and developing, so all that limits you is your own potential.

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, interact with our customers, and deliver top-notch service. You will work with different projects where you will research and conduct market analysis to support decision making. You will be a part of the Customer Success team located in Stockholm and have a central role of the team to understand our product and offering.

This is a full-time position and you will report to the Head of Customer Success. The role will be located at our office in Stockholm.

What you’ll be up to:

  • Help onboard and support our customers

  • Build strong relationships with our partners

  • Be 2nd line support to our partners

  • Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction

  • Structure your own work and help develop our processes

  • Help our customers use Mynt at full potential, with everything from integrations, best practice to training opportunities

  • With time also help onboard new colleagues

What you bring to the table:

  • Passion for customer care and customer service

  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry

  • Highly effective and professional communication skills in written and verbal communication

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Bonus points if you have a technical background or experience in IT support, as you may also handle occasional technical inquiries
