Job Description

Goal of the position:

Apply sales workshops to support the selection of a new entry to the call center area to streamline the process of hiring and entry into operation through training with the end that they acquire the knowledge and skills in sales to keep the staff covered.

Responsibilities: Functions and main activities

  • Prepare training materials when needed.
  • Translate training materials when needed.
  • Provide trainigs sessions (online, onsite) when needed.
  • Support the supervision of the area in the selection of new staff through a general interview based on the results obtained from a written exam and a test call made in the sales workshop.
  • Maintain the covered staff of the area, applying weekly sales workshops to new candidates, to identify the skills and aptitudes in the sales area for the selection of new entries to the team.
  • Train new staff selected by supervision so that they know the operational part and the processes that they must carry out in the area.
  • Direct and schedule the procedures for the selection on a weekly basis for the application of workshops, training of new entrants and interviews for the selection with supervision.
  • Develop sales techniques skills in candidates to generate a test at the end of the sales workshop to identify their sales skills.
  • Apply tests to measure and support the activities carried out at the end of each sales workshop and training.
  • Guarantee that the income knows the product and operation of the commercial area to start their activities immediately.
