Account & Product Operations
Why Join
As a key member of our Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our banking products and services to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of products, from deposits to investments, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiency.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our product teams to understand their requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes that enhance the customer experience. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions will be crucial to your success.
What you do
Check confidential data input and signature image
Handle audit confirmation for corporate customers
Handle company payroll and batch payment
Handle direct debit authorization report and payment result file
Perform Macau Easy Transfer daily reconciliation
Handle account opening preparation such as name screening and customer number assignation
Support UAT test cases for Core Banking System
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 2 - 4 years of banking experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
A team player, able to multi task and willing to take on new challenges
