This position reports to:
Service Operations Manager__
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the business. Executes assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Executing purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
Developing and implementing local sourcing strategies aligned with business and procurement objectives.
Applying procurement standards, tools, and processes to ensure performance in cost, delivery, quality, and sustainability.
Monitoring procurement activities, KPIs, and supplier performance, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
Ensuring effective communication, reporting, and alignment across stakeholders while supporting training and change initiatives.
Qualifications for the Role
You have a Bachelor's degree
You have 2+ years of experience in similar positions such as procurement specialist or similar roles.
Previous experience in logistic industry is a plus
You have a good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
You possess problem solving abilities and negotiation skills
You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
Compensation Package
As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:
Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
Minimum annual salary: € 39.000
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
