About the Opportunity
We are a long-standing organization focused on helping working families access supplemental and permanent benefit programs. For more than 60 years, we have worked with union members, associations, and member-based groups across North America and internationally.
Our focus is to provide clear guidance, dependable support, and a professional experience for every member we assist. Representatives work directly with members who have requested information about available benefit options, helping them understand their programs through a clear and supportive consultation process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings
- Present benefit information through phone or virtual meetings
- Assist members with basic applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
- Provide professional customer service and ongoing support
- Participate in team training, quality control, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Positive, motivated, and energetic personality
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic computer tools
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Customer service, sales, hospitality, or client support experience is an asset
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
