Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Psychology programmes as directed by the line manager
- Participate in curriculum development and course planning
- Maintain accurate academic and administrative records
- Provide course leadership, tutoring, and pastoral support for learners
- Develop engaging learning materials using ILT and multimedia resources
- Support student recruitment activities including open events and interviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment
- Work collaboratively within course teams to ensure excellent student outcomes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Psychology or a related subject
- Certificate in Education or Level 5 Teaching Qualification
- Experience of excellent teaching and learning practice
- Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational, administrative, and presentation skills
- Experience developing engaging learning materials and using ILT effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and under pressure
- Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding

- Certificate in Education

- DiT (Diploma in Teaching) – if for a vocational subject
