Note - The salary for this position is based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and industry standards. The top of the posted pay range reflects compensation for candidates with a similar title, performing comparable duties within a similar industry, and possessing 12 or more years of experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications.
Variable Incentive Pay / Merit: This position is eligible for variable incentive pay based on individual and credit union performance. In addition, the position is also eligible for merit-based pay adjustments after the completion of one year of service, based on personal performance.
- Supports development and maintenance of project and workstream plans in alignment with the organization’s project management framework.
- Coordinates tasks, schedules, meetings, and milestones to support timely delivery.
- Tracks progress of assigned project activities and follows up on action items.
- Assists with scope definition activities, including research and documentation of deliverables.
- Drafts elements of project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes project data to track progress against plans.
- Maintains project logs related to status, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Supports project reviews and governance meetings with accurate reporting.
- Assists with the identification, documentation, and validation of project requirements.
- Maintains requirements traceability and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organizes and prepares complex documents using standard office and project tools.
- Ensures project records are complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Supports identification and monitoring of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Helps document mitigation actions and follow up on resolution activities.
- Assists with change requests, change logs, and approval documentation.
- Escalates concerns appropriately to project leadership.
- Supports stakeholder engagement activities to maintain effective working relationships.
- Coordinates communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Assists with the coordination of vendors or suppliers within established contract plans.
- Addresses routine inquiries and escalates complex concerns as needed.
- Contributes to project closeout activities, including documentation, handover materials, and lessons learned.
- Assists with the preparation of user guides or training materials as needed.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements within project coordination activities.
- Participates in training and development to build project management capability.

Short‑cycle tertiary education required or equivalent experience.

Typically 7–12 months of experience supporting projects, administrative coordination, or similar roles.

Exposure to project management environments preferred.

Pay Range: $24.64 - $36.96 per hour
