About the Role

Join Ellie Mental Health's new clinic in Glens Falls, NY as a Clinical Supervisor, where you’ll provide support to our compassionate and driven Pre-Licensed therapist dedicated to transforming mental health care. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact—supporting both clients and clinicians in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 LMSW's, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance.
- Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care.
- Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care.
- Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
- Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW license in New York State.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering both clients and clinicians.
- Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
