Image Workstation Operator II
Department: Item Processing Employment Status: Part-Time (32) Hours, Non-Exempt -Benefited
Location: Lodi (1) Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
(Range: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour)
Supervises Others: no
Work Schedule: Mon (Start at 11:00am) and Tue – Fri (Start at noon daily.
End times vary between 6:30pm and 7:30 pm)
F&M Bank’s Image Workstation Operator II is responsible for efficiently processing items (including images of checks, paper debits, and paper credits) using the Item Processing (IP) department’s systems and procedures. Processing includes keying amounts and repairing items as needed. Primary duties include:
- Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
- Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions
- Verify and clear branches for release
- Close balanced runs in preparation for transmission of outgoing Cash Letters to Federal Reserve
- Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally
- Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed
- Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed
- Competently utilize the Bank’s Image/IP systems and processes
- Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational

Also required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred
- 1-2+ years’ previous experience with image/IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred
- Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%
- Successful completion of a credit history check
