Job Description
The Lifeguard is responsible for the guarding and safety of members and program participants within all aquatic facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying our and enforcing aquatic policies and procedures in compliance with statutes as described by the State of Delaware, YMCA of the USA, and the YMCA of Delaware. Deliver excellent service to all members, guests, employees & volunteers and respond on behalf of the YMCA of Delaware as the primary responder for medical events. Shifts: Various (days, evenings, weekends)
