The work:
We are seeking a mid to senior level Oracle EBS Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) SME to support and enhance our enterprise financial systems. You will own SLA configuration, streamline accounting processes, modernize documentation, and help implement AI driven improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EBS SLA rules and accounting methods • Update and maintain SLA documentation and functional design artifacts
- Improve SLA process speed, accuracy, and reliability; identify and implement automation opportunities
- Leverage AI/ML to reduce manual effort, enhance exception handling, and optimize workflows • Troubleshoot SLA issues and collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Here’s What You Need:
- BA/BS required
- 3+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience, including hands on SLA configuration
- Strong understanding of accounting flows, financial controls, and sub ledger processes
- Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, and supporting Agile teams
- Experience with AI/automation tools

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
