Project Role : Cloud Platform Engineer
Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
Must have skills : Amazon Connect
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Node.js, Java
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, your day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native solutions that enhance the efficiency and speed of application development. You will focus on selecting the most suitable cloud tools tailored to project requirements, ensuring seamless integration and deployment within the cloud environment. Collaborating with various teams, you will oversee the adoption of cloud technologies that align with organizational goals, continuously optimizing processes to support scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and recommend cloud-native tools accordingly.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platform issues to maintain optimal performance and availability.
- Document best practices and share knowledge to support team growth and project success.
- Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and deployment strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
