Application Analyst

The Application Analyst (AA) is primarily responsible for providing end user support for organization wide systems and for escalating issues for resolution when necessary. The AA shall participate in validation activities related to software development and implementation of both (off-the-shelf) software and internally developed software to meet OneLegacy Computer Systems Validation requirements. The AA shall also assist with compiling end user requirements for both software and reporting development and providing required documentation to the Software Development team to support Software Development Life Cycle Requirements and reporting development requirements.
