Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient Hematology/Oncology settings under physician supervision. • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage care for oncology and hematology patients. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment response. • Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and ongoing care. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate patient-centered care. • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR systems.
