What You’ll Do Operate forklifts and industrial vehicles to move materials throughout the plant Load and unload materials from trucks for shipping and receiving Supply production teams with materials as needed Track and manage inventory on the floor Perform basic forklift upkeep and fueling Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What You Bring At least 1 year of Forklift experience At least 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to read work instructions and follow safety guidelines Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in hot/cold environments Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Skills That Set You Apart Strong organization and attention to detail Self-motivated and results-driven Team-oriented with a professional, respectful attitude High integrity and accountability Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand and walk for extended periods Use hands/arms frequently and maintain visual awareness
