- Arrange the creation, processing, and tracking of orders, ensuring their timely and accurate issuance.
- Closely monitor order records and delivery schedules, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine order processes and elevate fulfillment performance.
- Foster positive relationships with regional partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication of order changes and updates, as well as prompt supporting on operations.
- Participate in regional buying initiatives, contributing to the development of transparent and insightful buying materials, grounded in a deep understanding of regional strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the supervisor on order status, as well as identified risks and opportunities to optimize business and processes with alignment.
