Talent Acquisition Specialist / Contract Recruiter

If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.   We are looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to jump in and manage full-lifecycle hiring for a variety of positions for a 3-month assignment. If you know how to build instant rapport with hiring managers, source creatively, and move candidates through the pipeline with urgency, we want to talk to you.   Monday through Friday.    Hourly Range - $30-$35ph    You will: Manage full-lifecycle high-volume (40+ requisitions) recruiting from intake calls to negotiated offers. Lead strategy discussions with hiring managers and collaborate on compelling offers. Identify & engage high-quality passive talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and targeted networking. Efficiently document and disposition candidates within our ATS (Dayforce) to ensure accurate reporting. Support immediate team initiatives, including high-volume hiring events, pipeline development, and data integrity.   You have: 2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency). Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),  Dayforce experience is big plus. Strong communication, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers & candidates. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on recruiting experience.
