Transaction Process Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Transaction Process Analyst to help streamline our billing processes for contract logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate and validate high volumes of data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all necessary data is processed for invoicing.
  • Handle monthly activities in the Oracle financial system, including closing Purchase/Sales Orders.
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to resolve issues and provide historical financial data.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is a plus.
  • Experience in billing/accounting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/SQL is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
