Job Description
We are currently seeking an Enterprise Policy & Knowledge Governance Manager to join our team.
The Enterprise Policy & Knowledge Governance Manager is accountable for the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of Tru Cooperative Bank’s enterprise policy and procedure ecosystem, including oversight of the SharePoint-based policy environment and the business governance of Policy and Procedure Copilot Studio agent(s). The role ensures enterprise policies and procedures are clear, current, controlled, findable, and auditable, supporting risk governance, regulatory readiness, and consistent execution across the organization. The Manager provides enterprise leadership for policy standards, document control, publishing workflows, and adoption, and leads policy and procedure harmonization associated with credit union integration.
