Operations Manager

Assist Operations Lead with the planning, direction, and coordination of the operations of Survey Services activities as related to personnel required to support the overall area operations. Ensures the support, maintenance, planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities are efficiently and effectively directed and supported.

This role is critical in personnel communication and management – supporting crew members in competency build, career advancement, and work-life balance.

This is an office US based position with a hybrid work schedule remotely and/or another designated geographic area as needed. Ability to travel domestically and international as assigned.
