Peer Support Specialist - Dani's Place

Unison Health is seeking a Peer Support Specialists. Peer Support Specialist use their lived experience in behavioral health recovery to support clients by providing emotional support, case management, recovery skills, resource guidance, and community assistance, while also helping staff understand barriers to treatment. They conduct outreach, engage clients, and actively participate on the Dani’s Place treatment team, adhering to all State, Agency, and Program policies.
