Field Product Lead

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and field delivery—ensuring each customer deployment is tailored to operational needs while feeding critical insights back into the product roadmap. This is not a purely technical or purely product role—it’s both. You’ll make configuration decisions in the field, guide SMEs, and ensure that what we build aligns with how the system is actually used.
