Material Handler & Crane Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Material Handler & Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, operating forklifts, and managing crane operations to support our production and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
  • Safely operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials.
  • Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material flow.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to material handling and crane operation.
  • Assist in inventory management and material storage organization.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a forklift driver and material handler.
  • Certified crane operator with experience in overhead crane operation.
  • Strong knowledge of material handling procedures and safety standards.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience Benefits

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Crane operator certification/license as required by local regulations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
