Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on the all areas of the property, including its grounds, pool and interior common areas. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining equipment, and the ability to diagnose and complete basic property repairs. The person needs to have a pleasant personality and have an enjoyment of seeing details and the needs to residents. In addition, team member is responsible to document any violations of the community rules and guidelines.
