Job Description
Responsibilities: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights
Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making
Collaborate with HR business partners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
Interprets employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data with ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
Delivers data analysis for Human Resources function for data management and reporting
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
Develops and maintains appropriate benchmarks with other organizations
Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science or related files At least 5 years’ experience in HR Analytics Experience in supporting HR in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred
Demonstrated skills in data management
Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook with advanced skills in Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table/Dashboard)
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking Ability to simplify and communicate ideas in accessible ways
