This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Professional Services Engagement Specialist based in the United States.

This is a senior customer-facing delivery role focused on ensuring successful implementation and adoption of enterprise-grade data protection and resilience solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and primary engagement lead across complex customer environments, guiding organizations through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The role combines hands-on delivery execution with strategic coordination across internal and external stakeholders to ensure predictable outcomes and strong customer value realization. You will work at the intersection of technical consulting, program delivery, and customer success in large enterprise and partner-driven environments. This position requires strong ownership of end-to-end engagements, from planning through execution and post-delivery reporting. It is ideal for a professional who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and enjoys translating technical depth into measurable business impact.
